We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hawaiian Shaved Ice experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm eligibility.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items, including all accessories and manuals, back into their original packaging to ensure safe transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated returns center using a trackable carrier.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
